The apartment Ambria "Platan I" in Swinoujscie is very popular with our guests. It is located in a closed and guarded housing development called Platan Complex, built in 2010. This highly modern residential area in the spa district of Swinoujscie is surrounded by a large park with plane trees, hence the name of the settlement.

It is a very spacious apartment with two large bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. This apartment by the sea also offers you a very nice balcony. Ideal for shorter and longer stays alike. Fully equipped. Its total area is 60 m2.

The German-Polish border crossing and the Baltic Sea are only 700 m away from the Ambria "Platan I" apartment. To the right of the housing estate where your apartment is located is the largest playground in Swinoujscie - loved by all children! You can also find shops like Biedronka and LIDL here. Adults can enjoy a cup of good coffee in a nearby café, while the children have fun in the covered playground. For travelers there is the UBB station that will take you to Germany.

Urlaub in Swinemünde

Wohnung wurde in prima Zustand übergeben. Die Suche nach dem Check-In war etwas knifflig, konnte dann durch Google Maps jedoch gut erfolgen. Der Weg zum Strand ist durch die Stadt und dauert ca. 20 Minuten. Es gibt den ein oder anderen Spielplatz dazwischen, daher ist es mit Kindern entspannt zu laufen. Wohnung ist zu empfehlen.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung :)

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Swinemünde, die Wohnung bietet einem alles was man benötigt. Alles lief reibungslos und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln, wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank 🥰
