Fint hotell med elbilsladdning

Fint hotell med laddmöjlighet för elbil och bra frukost. Det enda som kan bli bättre är för tidig utcheckning kl 10:00 då har man knappt vaknat :-)

Nydelige værelser, med morsomme glasvægge til badeværelset, der gør ægtefællens toiletbesøg ret ...underholdende. Rejsefæller der ønsker privatliv under defækation bør vælge en anden løsning. Morgenmadsbuffeten var temmelig kønsløs. Rene og pæne omgivelser, og venligt personale.

Varma rum

Hotellet är inriktat på feta tyska pensionärer. Frukosten är under all kritik, den var till och med bättre på färjan hit. Förstår inte hur ett såpass nytt hotell kan sakna Air condition. Ett riktigt stort + till receptionisten som hjälpte oss att ordna parkering, trots att vi inte hade förbokat detta.

Sie waren sehr unfreundlich, und frühstück war nicht soo dolle , den wollte ich abends in den SPA Bereich holte mir den ein Bademantel an der Rezeption ab für 28PLN war auch alles gut den am nächsten Tag ruf sie auf den Zimmer an um 9:15 um zu sagen sie müssen den Bademantel noch zahlen obwohl wir noch eine Nacht da sind frech !!!!

A let down

This hotel has so much potential, the building is very modern. Sadly a few aspects let the whole experience down. 1. The cleanliness of the room was not up to the standard one would expect, we found a used tissue,with what a hope was dark blood on it, as well as food crumbs in our room. 2. The room lacked what would normally be classed as basics, there was not shower gel or shampoo and not even hand soap! We also didn't receive any robes or extra towels, which you would expect at a SPA hotel! 3. The costumer service was outright poor, the people sitting at the reception could not speak English and genrally had a negative/dismissive attitude. We also came back to the hotel one night around 23:00 and had no idea how to get back in, we had to ring a number we found online, not fun being locked outside your hotel for 30 mins when it's freezing outside! 4. The "spa", i.e. the pool and sauna was disappointing and much smaller than the images would have you believe, you are also watched by a "guard" who shouts at you if you do the smallest thing wrong, for example going directly from the sauna to the pool without showering (isn't that what you are supposed to do???!!) the way he kept staring at us made it very hard to relax. On the plus side the breakfast was decent and the hotel is in a great location only a few hundred metres from the beach.

Sehr schöne Hotel und Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider waren das Rührei und Eier immer kalt. Der Strand war sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Schönes modernes Hotel in der Nähe der Promenade

Ein modernes Hotel welches zentral gelegen ist. Es wird seitens des Hotels alles für die Hygiene getan. Leider halten sich einige Gäste, überwiegend älteren Gäste, nicht an die Regeln. Abstand halten und die Maske tragen fällt einigen schwer. Leider achtet das Personal auch nicht drauf

Das Haus selber ist gut gelegen, ungefähr 600 Meter zum Board Walk und Zugang zum Strand. Zum dedizierten Hundestrand muss man allerdings ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Das Parkhaus - 10 Euro pro Tag Extra- ist relativ eng und hat keine Lademöglichkeit für Elektro oder Plug In Hybride. Es gibt nur 2x 230 Volt Steckdosen und diese liegen extrem ungünstig in einer Durchfahrt. Das Schwimmbad öffnet leider nur von 14:00 bis 20:00 Uhr und Hunde kosten 55 polnische Slotie am Tag extra... Keine Ahnung wofür, denn mehr Dreck als Kinder machen sie in der Regel auch nicht. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, deutsches Fernseher und Wasserkocher, aber keine Teebeutel oder löslichen Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Während der Corona Zeit wurde weniger geputzt als sonst und man musste den Wunsch der Zimmerreinigung am Vortag an der Rezeption anmelden. Für mich würde es mehr Sinn machen während Corona mehr zu desinfizieren und nicht weniger. Leider achtet man nicht stringend auf die Maskenpflicht und so sieht man viele Leute die ihre Masken falsch oder als Dekoration herum tragen, was bei einem offenem Frühstücksbuffet problematisch sein kann. Ansonsten jederzeit gerne wieder, obwohl ich glaube ab 2 Personen plus Hund besser eine Ferienwohnung zu nehmen.

.Ich war schon sehr oft ins Swinemünde das Personal von diesem Hotel war sehr unfreundlich Auf dem zimmer hatte man keine privatsphäre Im Badezimmer Das Bad war nicht richtig sauber Massage hat man gebucht Aber hat nicht stattgefunden dann wurde gesagt ich habe jetzt pause Nach einer beschwerde an der rezeption wird uns dann ganz grimmig gesagt ja dann sind sie wohl zu spät gekommen wir haben aber 30 minuten vor der tür gesessen und haben auf unseren termin gewartet Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen und würde es auch nicht empfehlen Der Fahrstuhl in den 4. Stock war 2 Tage lang defekt wir mussten die Treppen hochgehen es war einfach nur eine Katastrophe

Wellnessurlaub

Sehr schönes neues Hotel. Sehr viele Kurgäste. Das Hotel ist neu und sehr modern eingerichtet. Im Saunabereich wäre Tauchbecken oder Möglichkeit nach Außen zum Auskühlen gehen zu können schön, aber es ist eben kein Wellnesshotel sondern Kurhotel. Alle Anwendungen können Vorort sogar gebucht werden. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, es ist alles zu fuß erreichbar, ob die Promenade oder der Strand oder die Stadt. Wer nicht so gut laufen kann, die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend und von allem was dabei. Sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr schön. Die verglaste Dusche und Toilette haben uns nichts ausgemacht, aber nach längerem Nachdenken fanden wir, es ist für Personen, die nicht so vertraut miteinander umgehen können, doch bisschen beschämend sein kann. Wie gesagt, wir wussten, dass das Bad verglast ist und uns hat es nichts ausgemacht. In der gesamten Umgebung kann man sehr viel Abwechslung für den Tag finden. Vom Spaziergang über Bars und Cafes bis hin zu Tanzlokalen. Hotel ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Bardzo miły pobyt. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna, pokoje czyste i wystarczająco duże, śniadania smacznie I urozmaicone .kameralny basen z sauną i jacuzzi. Gorąco polecam wszystkim.

+ Ziemlich ruhiger Gegend und 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Ein Neubau Hotel mit dreifachen Fenstern Verglasung. Frühstück war ziemlich vielfältig. Leider der warme Part war fettig zubereitet. - Durchsichtige Toilette/Bade Glastür. Man kann nicht entspannt seine nötige Geschäfte erledigen. Nicht nur den Sicht, sogar Geräusche aus der Toilette kann der Mitbewohner Im Zimmer mitbekommen. Geizig im Bereitstellung Shampoo. Becher für Zahnbürsten waren aus Einweg dünne Plastik, der kaum die Zahnbürsten Aufrecht halten könnte.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schick eingerichtet. Leider fehlte uns die obligatorische Flasche Wasser auf Demo zimmer und es gab im Badezimmer kein Duschgel. Das hätten wir gern dabei gehabt.
