Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it.

War im großen und ganzen inordnung,außer das wir nicht das Zimmer so wie gebucht hatten .Das dritte Bett war kein Bett sondern eine Klappcouch und wir hatten auch kein Deluxebett.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, die Zimmer sehr sauber, mit bequemen Betten und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Auch der Transfer verlief reibungslos. Lediglich die Parksituation könnte etwas besser sein. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Hotel Anlage mit vielen Zimmern und gutem Service. Zimmer sind Neu und sehr sauber. Frühstück Buffet mit großen Auswahl und sehr leckeren Essen. Ich werde das Hotel jedem empfehlen der nach Swinemünde fährt und Urlaub machen will. Für mich steht das Hotel auf dem ersten Platz um wieder einen schönen Urlaub in Swinemünde zu verbringen. Allen einen schönen Aufenthalt in Hotel Cesarskie Ogrody .

Wir waren nur von Freitag bis Sonntag da. Nur für einen Spa-Tag mit Freunden) Das Personal war freundlich und sprach gut deutsch. Wir hatten Massagen gebucht und haben uns am Vorabend bei der Rezeption gemeldet, um uns alles anzusehen und gefragt, wie lange man vorher da sein sollte etc. Alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet, allerdings wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass unsere Massage im Nebengebäude stattfindet - woher sollten wir das wissen? Infolgedessen hat mein Mann, da er noch brav etwas über die Zeit vor dem Raum mit der Aufschrift „Massage“ gewartet hat, bevor er zur Rezeption ist, 25 Minuten (für Weg nach drüben, Eingang suchen, Formular ausfüllen) seiner 50-minütigen Massage bei vollem Preis eingebüßt. Eigentlich noch mehr, denn wenn man sich vor einer Entspannungsmassage so ärgert, ist die restliche Zeit auch vertan. Schon blöd. Das Spa-Team trifft dabei ganz klar keine Schuld. Er bekam auch noch 10 Min Fußmassage, aber das war nicht, was er wollte. Meine Massage war sehr gut, aber natürlich auch von dem Ärger davor beeinträchtigt.
