"Very dirty and careless all the curtains were down, the bathroom and the whole room were dirty, there were food scraps in the sink, the furniture was mistreated, the floor was sticky."

"Beautiful scenic location with amazing view of the mountains. Great for a quiet and peaceful escape. The chalet was modern and super clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. My kids especially loved the jacuzzi and small playground. We would love to come back again."

"Beautiful and peaceful surroundings."

"The property is in a peaceful and beautiful setting, a bit outside the main town of Lauterbrunnen. The cost for this was not reasonable for what is provided. We ended up leaving after one night."

"This chalet is tastefully decorated and has a very efficient floor plan. The views are breathtaking and we enjoyed soaking up the sunshine on the small side garden. Really convenient location with the winter bus route and/or a 20 walk from center of town."

A big plus for the Altipik.ch team: they were extremely responsive and prompt. Whenever we had small requests or problems, they immediately intervened and kindly helped us, which made us feel truly welcome and safe. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and quiet getaway. We...
