Modern large room. Great location next to train station. Note there is no fridge in the room which wasn’t a problem as we stayed in December and left our milk on the balcony and it stayed cold! Great friendly staff. Great breakfast included. Nice bar area. Would highly recommend.

What are some of the general tips for travellers to Swiss Alps during the COVID-19 outbreak?
The COVID-19 pandemic may have changed how we travel, but it hasn't deterred our lust for exploring. Here are some tips on how to handle travel's new challenges:
  • Before locking in your flight, see if any travel restrictions apply — in both your destination and origin. Get up-to-date information by checking government websites.
  • Keep your face mask on even during airport screening. A TSA officer will ask you to lower your mask temporarily for ID purposes.
  • You're no longer required to hand your boarding pass (electronic or paper) directly to a TSA employee. Instead, you should place the pass on the scanner and then hold it up so the agent can inspect it.
  • You are now allowed to take one container of hand sanitizer up to 12 oz (350 ml) in your carry-on luggage. You'll need to remove it for screening.
  • Empty your personal items from your pocket, like your keys, phone and wallet, and place them in your carry-on rather than into bins. This will minimize handling during screening.
  • Separate any food you're carrying for screening. Putting it in a clear plastic bag and into a bin reduces the need for a TSA officer to touch and inspect your belongings.
