"I only give 4 start because the bathroom was so small.m and the door is transparent .. we have a teenager son and we need to go out in the room so he can take a shower for privacy other than that the hotel is clean, breakfast is good, staff was amazing."

"There is air conditioning but does not cool the room enough and no ice machine. The room was cleaned daily which is really good. If needing to check-in early, hotel needs to be informed in advance; otherwise, hotel will not accommodate the request per my experience."

"The room is much bigger compared to most european hotels. I like that there is a shuttle to and from the airport. Mcdonalds close to the hotel is very convinient. AC was strong enough."

"Our whole experience at the Blu was great. To our fave waiter each evening making one of his signature drink we named Swiss Sunset to the staff helping us with our ice fixation and switching out towels. Everyone was so accommodating not to mention it smells amazing when you walk in and not like a musty hotel. It’s so close to tours and the train station and the nice hot shower with lots of water pressure was nice after a long day. The fridge was great for a stash of drinks and chocolates. Would stay there again for sure! The Lion Monument and Chappel bridge is walking distance -"
Mövenpick Hotel Zuerich-Airport

"We had a really nice stay at the Mövenpick Hotel in Zurich, Switzerland. The hotel was super conveniently located near the airport, which made everything very easy for our trip. Check-in was smooth with no issues, and the staff was helpful throughout our stay. The room was a bit small, but it worked fine for our family. The only real downside was that parking was very expensive for what you got. The air conditioner barely moved the needle, so we asked for a fan and it was delivered to the room quickly, which we appreciated. Breakfast was probably the least favorite part of the stay. It was a little awkward when we were told we had only paid for two people, even though the room had been booked for four. They then tried to charge me 30 Swiss Francs for my two children to have just a couple of croissants. There also weren’t a lot of options, so it wasn’t the best breakfast experience. Check-out was quick and easy, and we were off to the airport the next morning. Overall, it was a very nice hotel in a great location, but the parking and breakfast were definite drawbacks."

"I will start with our check in which we arrogantly about 2 hours and Denis very cordial and pleasant checked us in and guided us to our room. The room didn’t have any view however it was very clean quiet and complete with all the amenities including much needed air conditioner. Later in the evening I raised a concern that we had an issue with bathroom and also reminded the staff via messaging of no view. The following morning we were pleasantly surprised once again by Denis that he wanted to show us our new room to be sure it is what we want and he offered to transfer all of our luggage to the new room even we were on a rush to catch our first city tour. Breakfast buffet was great with cold and hot items and various selections. Congratulations to Denis and entire staff for providing superb and awesome service. I hope management recognizes the entire staff for providing such an excellent service with smile. Thank you so much."

"We had an overall pleasant stay at Hotel Royal Geneva. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay enjoyable. One downside was that our room was not ready until almost 3:00 PM, which was a bit disappointing after arriving earlier in the day. The hotel’s bistro was also below expectations. The quality of the food did not match what we expected from a hotel of this standard. Breakfast was adequate, but fairly ordinary, with nothing particularly memorable or exceptional. Overall, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms, but there is room for improvement in the dining experience and the check-in process."
