"The only thing is that the room doesn’t get all the way dark. Everything else is perfect. Coffee is good, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Very nice staff. "

"Function: Everything in our room worked. (AC & heat, TV, microwave/stove and all lights and plugs) Cleanliness: We selected a room with hard floors because we have a toddler & hotel carpet is gross, but later learned that the rooms without carpet are “animal designated.” The table legs had dog pee on them, there was pee on the corners of the cabinets and underneath them, and I had to mop the floors with a mop that I brought 3 times before the water was no longer black. The kitchen and bathroom were fine. BYOCleaning products! Security: There is zero security at this hotel and it is sketchy. Our room keys kept malfunctioning and each time we went to the counter to have them reset, our room number was loudly repeated back and announced to the room, and they not only didn’t ask for any ID, they didn’t even ask for a name! So literally anyone could have easily gotten into our room. Creepy! The side exit door was propped open with a rock or the rug every single night, which also not safe. Beware: Worst part of our stay was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. It happened 3 nights during our 1 week stay and each time it was around 1am. Ear piercingly loud and made our toddler so upset. We had to wait outside for the fire trucks to show up and clear the building and turn the alarm off. This was extremely irritating having to get out of bed and wait outside in the freezing temperatures with our baby. This is the reason we left early. "

"This has to be the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. The room actually smelled so bad it smelled like something died in the room and was sprayed with some ungodly stinking spray that didn’t go away. The toilet had to be flushed by lifting lid and pulling up on valve. Front door was literally coming apart from rust. Toilet also was NOT bolted to floor. TV had to be turned off and on by buttons on tv and volume had to be done same way. Remote only worked channel change which seemed to be only about 6 channels. Absolutely no internet services except in office. AC heat fan sounded just like a jet engine starting up with a siren mixed in. Police patrolling property so you know what that means. People stomping on floors above and screaming all night long sheets and towels that should be white were dingy colors with stains all over them. Soap was a silver dollar size piece of something that would not lather. Shampoo I have no clue what was in the bottle but after using my hair was like WIRE!! I could go on and on about this place. Under no circumstances do you book this place. I have had 2 total losses on hotel.com in last 2 months so from what I see now is stay away from this site. Can’t be trusted anymore!! This Motel should be condemned and certainly should be removed from Hotels,com!!!!"

"Very bad customer services, breakfast terrible, no coffe cups at any time, pool close. Never stay again "

"Everything went well and I enjoyed my stay. My only issue is the guest laundromat. I didn't have quarters to operate the machine and the staff didn't either. Moreover, I also don't have the necessary phone app to operate the washer. Hence, I had to leave to hotel and drive to a laundromat where change was available."
