Hyatt Regency Sydney
For a Hyatt, I felt the room was very basic. While the windows were electronic contolled from the bedside, the temperature control was pretty basic.

Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel
Breakfast buffet staff were very friendly and helpful, even when our kids accidently broke things. Sound and light isolation in the rooms was very good. Can't use the stairs unless there's a fire though, which was a bit annoying

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney
The staff is courteous and professional. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast and room service were great. The hotel is in an excellent location.There is easy access to shops , restaurants and Sydney’s iconic landmarks .
