Good place for family

Our family of five enjoyed staying here. The swimming pool and communal showers were clean, and the small game room with a ping pong table was great for playing with the kids. The location was convenient, with nearby parks and shopping centers.

Appreciated the service with changing rooms after an issue with Hotels.com. Rooms could be slightly cleaner, especially the floors and drains. Other than that, if you’re okay with a little uncleanliness, it’s a good location and spot overall.

Really like the location has food close by and good shops at Cherrybrook plaza. I was surprised how quiet the park was. Easy after hours instructions. They left aircon on for a late arrival which we appreciated.

A lovely cost effective stay!

Exactly as expected and paid for, it was a Lovely park and lovely cabin. TV didn’t really work, aerial reception made any tv unwatchable but good wifi meant I streamed what I wanted to watch. A little bit noisy when others are talking in the neighbouring cabins, when looking for an early night, but apart from that - a really lovely stay, close to a club/restaurant next door, a short walk/drive to easy fast food. Everything was clean - a/c was excellent too! Would recommend staying here.

Stayed with hubby and two children for two nights. Great location, not too close or too far from Sydney. We had our own car so appreciated parking outside the room. Daughter loved the pool and playground. Room was overall pretty well equipped, especially if you wanted to eat in, which we did because we have a one year old! Quite clean, just a few things a teenie bit tired or in need of a freshen up (I.e. blind one one of the windows was completely missing). We stayed in a loft room which wasn’t accommodating of a portacot (my error) so hubby and I slept up there. Comfiest beds ever! Thanks for having us.

Turned up for check-in within reception hours, only to find they were closed and threw our keys in a box with everyone else's. Several holes/damage to internal walls, flooring and tiles. Cockroach in the fridge. The parking spot for the cabin wasn't big enough to open the passenger door and had to do 5 point turn to get car into the spot.
