The staff were super helpful and were trying their best. They need more training, resources and support. We got a complimentary room upgrade and the room was dated, with the soap, shampoo, etc dispensers missing. The balcony door didn't close properly so the noise from the street came through all night long. We had a room booked for another stay and decided to cancel and try our luck elsewhere.

Place is at a very convenient location for Sealife Sydney etc. Room was clean and amenities were good too. However we were on L1 and the noise from the bar across road and traffic was too loud to let us sleep for most part of the night.

Wonderful friendly staff. However our room had a consistent water leak from the very aged air conditioning. Carpet was soaked. Although a perfect location, the accommodation is in need of urgent upgrades including furniture. Stained lounges and unstable dining chairs are clearly showing their age. Usually I would not leave negative feedback for somewhere we choose to stay when in Sydney, however the cost of staying here does not reflect the service provided.

An enjoyable couple of days.

Good place to stay in the city close to everything. Short walk to Darling Harbour. Not far to get to SCG. The room was spacious and well equipped . We were able to leave our bags and freshen up before a lunch event. An enjoyable stay.

Great view of Darling Harbour and close to all the restuarants along the waterfront. Pub just across the road if you want a quick drink. Ferry service close by. Can be a bit noisy at night with the traffic and music from the pub. Otherwise great location.

Fantastic location, well maintained and safe property with excellent staff. It’s noisy being right in the city but ear plugs took care of that issue. Excellent value for money getting a whole apartment for the price of a motel room. Would happily stay there again!!

Our view of Sydney harbor was spectacular. The location was good, the kitchen sufficiently stocked (even ice trays); washing facilities included….bathroom is upstairs with bedroom,,,,,staff pleasant and helpful. Basic but nice, curtains blocked out most of the light, some road noise but not too much,,,,energetic urban vibe
