The house is located in a beautiful residential part of Maroubra with lots of privacy. 12 minute walk to Maroubra beach and 5 minute walk to amenities such as the local Southend Hotel & metro. There is also ample street-parking.
With five double bedrooms and an open plan spacious living area, it is the perfect space for a large family or group of friends to enjoy this summer.
On top of that, there is a sun drenched swimming pool with lots of outdoor space plus a pool table at the front to enjoy.
No parties; Have fun & enjoy, but please respect this is a residential area. This is our home and we hope that it is cared for.
