"A clean room and comfortable bed, which is always good to see. The gym was quite small and some of the equipment was faulty and/or corroded. The sauna was relatively low temperature and the pool was exceptionally busy. Helpful, friendly and professional concierge."

"The ParkRoyal Darling Harbour was a great place to land after 20+ hours of travel from the east coast of USA. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We had lounge access which was the highlight. Between the attentive staff and delicious breakfast, it was a perfect place to watch the day break and get ready for sightseeing. We had dinner at the restaurant one night. The food was a little more refined than we had hoped for but was delicious and well executed. I would highly recommend this property for young families traveling internationally."
