Friendly staff, good location, light breakfast included. Only downsides was the initial room I was booked in had an overpowering moody/mildew smell. Thankfully I was able to change rooms. Otherwise I would’ve changed hotels. Also no sound proofing so you can get woken up in the middle of the night. Make sure you bring eye masks as the rooms are light at night.

A quirky guesthouse in a great location. We booked the small room at the back of the building. It had all we needed and was clean and tidy. An added bonus was a simple breakfast that was included in the very reasonable price.

My 2nd stay at this unique old mansion that's been converted into a comfortable hotel. This time my room was very compact BUT it had all I needed for a short stay. Excellent location, and breakfast included. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom, all scrupulously clean. I wish there was a lift but staff always willing to help with luggage. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Staff extremely friendly & welcoming. Breakfast terrific value, convenient, sufficient choices & has gluten free options. Barista great….. good coffee a must in the morning😀 Location brilliant & close proximity to public transport, shops , restaurants. Premise old however fairly maintained so as not to look tired. Excellent location and the breakfast was a huge plus. Building was on the older side but had its own charm. Did have a couple creepy crawlers pay me a visit and the room didn’t have much natural light.
