The apartment is located in a larger, very well maintained residential complex in the center. The exterior façade and the balconies were completely redeveloped and designed in 2015. The main beach can be reached in about 3 minutes by walking through the pedestrian area.  A baker is located directly in the house.

The spacious 2-room apartment is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible by lift. The equipment is new and invites with a very tasteful ambience to feel good.

The light-filled living room has a comfortable sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a large flat screen TV, and a balcony to the east with balcony furniture.

A second TV is in the bedroom.

Furthermore, the facilities include a radio with CD player, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule machine, iron, hair dryer, and a safe for your valuables. In addition, when renting this apartment 2 bicycles are available for free use.
