Small, manageable housing estate in cultivated environment. Quiet, central location in Westerland on Sylt. To the center or beach is about 10-12 minutes. Parking space and bicycle box. Completely refurbished and renovated in February 2017, beautiful 2-bedroom maisonette style apartment for 2 people, furnished with great attention to detail. Living room m. Furniture, cable TV, radio, flat-screen TV. The kitchen is modern and open to the living area and has as an additional offer also a Nespresso machine. The harmonious color scheme ensures the absolute well-being effect.  Full bath with toilet, gallery with high quality bedroom and separate window. The nearer Alt Westerland is close to the center, but still far away from the daily hustle and bustle. A real oasis of peace is waiting for you and one thing is promised, here you will feel very well. 

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Nie wieder Sylt

Fehlende Dunstabzughaube Bettwäsche hat Muffig gerochen Fehlende Eierbecher Backofen wäre auch gut gewesen Parkplatzsituation nicht ausreichend. Verkehrslärm war unerträglich Fazit Wir sind eine Woche früher abgereist. Von der Betreuung Fa. Kluge keine Reaktion bzw Rückfrage Nie wieder eine Ferienwohnung über diese Webseite

Kleine, schöne Wohnung in top Lage

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Stimmig eingerichtet und in toller Lage. Verbesserungspotential in der Ausstattung von Putzmitteln. Es gab nur einen Besen. Kein Kehrblech, kein Staubsauger, kein Putzlappen für das Bad. Bei 11 Tagen Aufenthalt ist das nicht geeignet. Fön war leider auch kaputt-Hinweiszettel klebte an - der hätte ausgetauscht werden müssen, da in der Beschreibung inklusive. Schön, die Flasche Sekt und Wasser zur Begrüßung- eine nette Geste. Fazit: die Kleinigkeiten hätten die gute Bewertung noch besser gemacht und sind kaum aufwendig.
