Nestled in Sylvan Lake's serene landscape, our spacious 3400sqft haven boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 kitchens, tranquil views framed by mature trees and occasional deer sightings add to the charm. Enjoy the warmth of wood-burning fireplace, relax by the table pool or fire pit, and stay comfortable with air conditioning. Perfect for family getaways and group gatherings, offering a blend of relaxation and entertainment in a picturesque setting!

Our House is conveniently located in Sylvan Lake. It's a scenic and pleasant 30 minutes walk to the beach. For those who prefer a quicker trip, you can rent E-Scooter in town or ride bicycle to reach the beach in 10 minutes. It's a fun and easy way to explore the area.

Old golf buddies

The place was perfect for 6 of us mid 70s golf buddies. Lots of room for everyone. Central to the 3 golf course we played, very quite neighborhood. Excellent for our needs

This property was fabulous for our large group. It has just as stated 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 complete kitchens one on the main and one in the basement. Fabulous host who replies in a timely fashion.1 block over from Lakeshore Drive

Spacious and clean

What a wonderful property. Housed our dragon boat team with room to spare. Not waterfront but it was very clean. It was -38 and we were able to park a couple cars in the garage and 3 in the driveway. The host was amazing. Answered our questions quickly and make sure we had everything we needed. We may come back in the summer for a women’s weekend!! Too cold to use the fire pit on this trip lol.
