The house is very central, very quiet, right on the sea overlooking the beautiful bay of Ortigia. Two minutes away from every cultural sites, beaches, bars, restaurants and movida.
The house is situated right between the Fontana Aretusa and the Castello Maniace.
Beautifully decorated (a bit overloaded) style mixed with elegance together with the best confort. A mixed of ancient and modern in a house which dates back to 1600 ac.
The house is perfect for a family (not small children), two bedrooms and bathrooms are twins.
There are three bedrooms upstairs, 4 bathrooms (1 for every room and one downstairs), cozy living and kitchen and a wonderful veranda on the sea with a little patio.
In the heart of the city center reachable by shuttle or taxi from the train or bus station (20 mins walk).
If you have a car you can park it in one of the public parking spaces inside and outside ortigia as the island is traffic limited.
