  • Very bright, it features a large terrace connected to the living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
    It is located on the third floor without an lift—a common feature in almost all homes due to the area’s architecture—and is not recommended for those with mobility issues.
    A charming home, ideal for relaxing and enjoying every aspect of our coastline.
    Across the street, you’ll find a small beach and the Solarium Sbarcadero.
    A 17-minute walk takes you to one of Italy’s most charming bike paths, the Rossana Maiorca in Syracuse. Along the bike path, you can leave the main route and take the side trails to explore some of the bays along the coast. The crystal-clear sea and the platforms where you can dive in or sunbathe are perfect for a stroll during your summer or spring holiday.
