Splendid house with 4 large terrasses and a beautiful garden with lemon tree. Also a large barbeque. Antonio was very helpful and gave us some nice tips for the holiday.

"Bella villa comoda sia per raggiungere le spiagge che per visitare la città. Locali interni ampi, giardino molto curato. La proprietà è completamente recintata e la zona è super tranquilla. La cucina è un po'' antica e l''attrezzatura per il barbecue pure.Buono l''impianto di aria condizionata. Propietario molto gentile e disponibile. Nelle vicinanze c''è un baretto che alla sera è parecchio affollato da cui si può godere una splendida vista su Ortigia."

"Le jardin est très agréable, barbecue à disposition, chaise longue, calme, parfait pour un séjour au printemps. La plage est à quelques km en voiture (je précise, la mer est bien à 100m mais pas de plage), le centre ville également. Une superette se trouve juste à côté pour des courses d''appoint. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, la plupart du temps dans le jardin, propice à la farniente. Antonio est très gentil, je vous conseille cette maison."

"Grande maison contemporaine, claire, spacieuse très agréable, dans un endroit très calme avec un beau jardin et de belles terrasses. Les salles de bain sont grandes, les chambres aussi, il y a une télé dans chaque chambre, une chaine hifi dans le salon. Les photos sont la réalité. Antonio le propriétaire est charmant. Le séjour fut très, très agréable. "

"Cette villa est magnifique. La décoration est soignée et de très bon gout. La maison est très grande et fonctionnelle. Le grand jardin permet aux enfants de s''amuser en toute tranquilité. Et l''emplacement idéal permet de se rendre facilement à différentes plages, à syracuse ou dans d''autres villages. Le propriétaire est disponible et attentionné. Bref, à recommander. "

"Splendida casa, con spaz...

"Splendida casa, con spazi assolutamente vivibilissimi e un giardino molto curato dopo rilassarsi dopo giornate in giro per i dintorni. Dal terrazzo abbiamo goduto di splendidi tramonti, nei due portici abbiamo consumato serate molto tranquille accompagnati solo dal canto dei grilli e dal fruscio del vento. LA zona è molto silenziosa, vicino al mare. Il proprietario è persona squisita, simpatica e disponibile non ha lesinato aiuti e consigli per supportarci al meglio nella nostra vacanza."

The villa is very nice, comfortable and calm. If you wish to rest in the garden without noise under lemon trees, it's for you. The owner is very friendly. The nearest beach is 250-300 meters but sometimes it is very windy and big waves so we could't use it. We usualy drove to the Fontane Bianche. There are very nice places where makes delicious pizza and fresh sea food near the villa, ask the owner.

"Villa splendida: raggiun...

"Villa splendida: raggiungibile facilmente e molto spaziosa, con ogni tipo di comfort e dotata di un giardino fantastico. Le spiagge vicine sono molto belle e raggiungibili in automobile in pochi minuti, lo stesso vale per il centro di Siracusa. Non abbiamo riscontrato alcun tipo di problema durante il soggiorno, ed abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la cordialità e disponibilità del proprietario. Decisamente consigliata a chi vuole passare una vacanza all''insegna del mare e del relax. "

"La casa è bellissima e b...

"La casa è bellissima e ben attrezzata, circondata da un bel giardino in un luogo tranquilissimo. L'accoglienza fu calorosa. È una persona gentilissima il proprietario ed era sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. In vicinanza c'è un negozio di alimentari e un'ottima trattoria. Io sinceramente consiglio questa casa a tutti chi apprezzano una vacanza serena. La unica cosa ad interrompere la serenità fu Michelangelo. Sembrava di essere in latitanza a chi tutto il mondo dava la caccia. La sua libertà però non fu lunga. Fu catturato e ritornato a casa al guinzaglio. The house is very beautiful and comes with all the amenities. It is surrounded by a nice garden in very quiet surroundings. We were received in the warmest of manners. The owner is very nice and was always there at the end of a cell phone for anything that might come up. There is a grocery store and an execllent trattoria in the neighborhood. I sincerely recommend this house to anyone who appreciates a nice and quiet holiday. The only thing that interrupted the serenity of the atmosphere was Michelangelo. Seems that he was on the run being chased by everyone. His liberty didn't last long, though. Eventually he was caught returned to the house on a leash."
