The villa offers a range of amenities to ensure your comfort and convenience. It includes air conditioning and forced-air heating in one double bedroom, as well as in another room with a single bed. Additionally, there is a walk-through room with a single bed and a fan. The kitchen/living area is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, and microwave. You will also have access to a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet.

Other Information
The villa provides ample outdoor space with a large terrace spanning 55 square meters, partially covered for your comfort. The terrace is furnished with seating arrangements, a barbecue area, and deck chairs, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sea views.
