In questo livello troviamo la cucina soggiorno, 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno.

Dalla scala presente nel soggiorno si accede al piano superiore, dove si trovano altre 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno con cromoterapia e una splendida terrazza che da sulla piscina e con il mare visibile sullo sfondo del panorama.

La villa è perfetta per una o due famiglie ed anche per piccoli gruppi di amici.

All\'esterno si trovano la zona parcheggio, la bellissima piscina e una cucina esterna dotata anche di forno a legna e un terzo bagno.

La scogliera dista circa 300 metri mentre la spiaggia più vicina è a circa 1km.
