In Siracusa, the villa 'Melus Maris' offers an excellent view of the sea. The 200 m² property consists of a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 5 en-suite bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. 3 bedrooms have access to an external veranda with a kitchen. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, cable TV as well as air conditioning. A baby cot is also available for a fee.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool is open from April 1st to October 31st.
