"The staff tried to make the guests comfortable. The hotel was centrally located, easy walking around the center of town and to the bazaars. Although cleaning was done regularly, the hotel itself looks very worn-out and so the environment is not very pleasant. "We stayed for one night. Check in and check out was smooth. Valet service was available as we came and went on arrival, during the day and the next day while sightseeing. The room had a complimentary fruit bowl on arrival as well as the usual tea and coffee facilities. It would have been nice to have actual ceramic cups rather than disposable cups but we didn’t ask to be fair. Staff at reception were very welcoming and accommodating. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Brought chilled water bottles on day of checking out in addition to what was already in the room. Would definitely stay again."
