"Fabulous, almost new boutique hotel with 7 rooms half way up the hill at the back of the markets. Owner was friendly and helpful, arranging us tickets at a local event. The included breakfast was small but sufficient. (just watch the costs associated with 'welcome tea' and 'breakfast coffee')"

"Ruken Konagi is a beautiful old building in a convenient location. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately there is no sound insulation, so you can hear everything that happens in the building - talking in the hallways, other alarms etc. Breakfast was basic, but acceptable. "

"Çok tatlı bir butik otel temizlik konusunda bir sorun yaşamadım ve bir isteğim olduğunda çok kibar bir şekilde yardımcı oldular. Konaklamayı düşünürseniz güzel taş odaları olan çok keyifli bir konaklamaydı tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca ulaşım konusunda da balıklıgöle ve çevresine oldukça yakın 5-10 dakika yürüyerek istediğiniz yere ulaşabilirsiniz."

"We were very pleased with the breakfast, but the breakfast location itself is not in the hotel but in a restaurant on the main street, which is not easy to reach on foot up the stairs.Overall we really liked the hotel and the wonderful, polite staff.The hotel is like a real castle with spacious verandas and a beautiful view of the valley and the fortress on the mountain. The place is very quiet and calm for enjoying the beauty, I recommend it to everyone."

Leaking bathroom ceiling, broken shower head, insufficient air conditioning … Our room was facing the street on the first floor, and the windows were in bad condition. I couldn’t sleep until about 3am because of the level of the noise. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I hope the owner can improve the property condition. "
