Noone had changed the sheets, bins, cleaned the toilets, picked up rubbish etc. Disgusting We was sent to another room to change, in there the bathroom tap was broken, stank so bad and dirty. "So many problems. 1st Google Maps had the location 500m away on thr opposite side of the median. 2nd they couldn't find my reservation. 3rd after they found my reservation they didn't have my reserved suite available. 4th they offered a different room that was a smoking room. No refund was offered for the downgraded room. 5th sevice in the cafe was very slow & the room was cold because people kept going outside to smoke."
