"too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience"

"Viktig: hotellet er ikke hvor kartet peker i Tatranaká Lomnica, men i Žakovce! Om dette er viktig for deg, ikke velg dette hotellet. Når det er sagt er rommene fine og komfortable og eieren hyggelig. Man har kjøleskap og kokemuligheter. Velger man frokost får man plenty med mat. Spa er ikke inkludert i prisen men koster symbolsk pris og har enkel sauna og jacuzzi man får nyte for seg selv. Vi hatt nydelig tid her og kommer gjerne tilbake."

"Beautifull resort in the middle of pictoresque small villages and mountains. Staff was very friendly and the scenery so amazing! Breakfast was simple but good, room and bed very comfy. Would definitely come back if we come to the area again!"
