Single-storey holiday home directly on the shore of Lake Wierzchowo (protected landscape area). On the private property there are 2 identical houses, whose guests have at their disposal 1 hectare of fenced area (including 200 m of private beach on the lake).

The comfortable holiday home offers a spacious living room (fireplace, satellite TV, sofa bed, large table) with a direct view of the lake. The living room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen. The house has 3 separate double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with showers (additionally, one of them has a washing machine). The holiday home has a covered terrace with a set of garden furniture. The view of the lake from the terrace is just as picturesque as from the living room. The house is heated by a fireplace in the living room (this is an efficient source of heating). Wireless internet is available.
There is a barbecue and a fishing pier by the private beach, and several rowing boats are moored there. The boats can be used free of charge, but a reservation with the owner is required. For an additional fee, you can rent a boat engine. You can also rent bikes from the owner of the facility.
The price of your stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, firewood, final cleaning, internet, parking. The price also includes the use of a rowing boat, but this requires prior reservation. A high chair is available free of charge upon prior notification.
Lake Wierzchowo is a paradise for fishing enthusiasts. The reservoir has an area of ​​750 hectares. The water in it is crystal clear, so the lake is also extremely inviting for lovers of bathing.
The owner of the facility lives in the center of the village of Grąbczyn, approx. 3 km from the lake. On its premises, for an additional fee, you can use the tennis court and table tennis table.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
