Location was perfect if you’re interested in history, it’s right in the Jewish Quarter and there is A LOT to do nearby. It’s a short walk to the Old Town and Wawel Castle too. Location was as good as it can get really. Room was nice and big with a lot of storage.
Only complaint is that the toilet was “used” on arrival, and there were still caps from toiletries in the shower which tells me a thorough clean was not done. Receptionist on entry was very friendly and informative but for the others not so much. Breakfast was okay however not many vegetarian options, and I ended up accidentally eating bacon as it was hidden under some cheese on a mushroom which was in a serving dish that for the previous two days was vegetarian :(

Lovely welcoming staff. Room was very spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping were very accomomdating if I wanted to sleep a bit later and then they would make the room up.
