The house rental worked perfectly for our family visit. Everything extra clean, nicely stocked for all our needs. Host couple was extra prompt with all of our communications, one thing was missing and was delivered to the house within an hour - awesome response.

Just what we needed

Our family was looking for a place we could all stay overnight as we had a family function in Tacoma. We needed many bedrooms since we have several adults and teens. This place fit our needs perfectly. The host opened a communication chain right away after booking, and was very responsive to questions during our night's stay.

Great spot in quiet neighborhood

Stayed here for a long weekend with our small family. Nice property with unique features. Two bedrooms downstairs. The rest are upstairs. The AC units helped it stay cool during the heat of summer.

Convenient home

Our family met for the holidays. This house provided a convenient meeting point for everyone to meet close to our niece’s home. The decor is fresh and masks all the more serious repairs needed in the nouse. and they’ve made it very easy for guests to find things.The house itself could use significant improvements, especially in the basement bedrooms.

Wonderful Stay with Family

My family and I, all coming together from 3 different states to attend our nephew’s wedding, had a wonderful stay at this surprisingly spacious home. The home is located conveniently to a shopping center with everything you may need to host a large family. We had 9 people, 3 couples and 3 individuals and everyone had a place to sleep. The amenities and snacks were great. We were able to grill steaks and shrimp, roast potatoes and eat on the patio. Would definitely recommend this Vrbo.

This house was adequate for our family, and was very convenient.The actual living area is very small and there is only space for 2 people to eat. Everything we needed was there and conveniently placed.would have been great to have real towel rails and easily accessible toilet rolls. I had to ask 3 times for access instructions which was annoying, but it worked great.the hosts communicated clearly about the parking and it was not a problem at all.we appreciated the water and chocolates. The ncizy soft towels and the water and chocolates!

Great place with a few quirks

Great place with a few quirks- was surprised to see none of the reviews mentioned the partially unfinished basement and how the photo angles deliberately hid it. We initially booked the house to hold a small birthday party and stay overnight with some friends, unfortunately said friends had to cancel but that worked in our favor here. Although the property lists it as allowing parties (a contributing reason why we chose it), I was surprised to hear from the host check in instructions that was not the case. We did not receive the check in instructions until I had to send a message when we arrived at the house about 4 hours after we were able to check in. The security alarm went off suddenly with an ear piercing noise but the host was very quick to answer my call when I needed the code to turn it off. Since we had less guests than intended, we did not sleep in the downstairs bedrooms as we did not feel comfortable down there and did not need to. The bedrooms on the main and top floor were super comfortable and had very nice bedding. We appreciated the organization in the kitchen and what snacks and things had been left for us to use.

Such a beautiful home. The only thing that we did noticed, is that when we walked in it smelled a lot like bleach. Had to open doors so that the smell could come out, but other than that nice stay. Would definitely stay at this site again:)

Family reunion

The property was clean with a very nice feel to it. The beds were quite comfortable just a tad squeaky but allowed for a good nights sleep. Communication with the owner was great. They were very helpful and active in communicating information. The outdoor space was very relaxing and provided the perfect space for activities. Perfect place for a nice gathering.
