✔️ Bedroom: Sheets, blanket, comforter, pillows, and pillowcases. Extra linens available upon request. House has central heat. There is currently no A/C in this property, but the bedroom does have a ceiling fan.  Mini fridge and microwave in room.
✔️ Bathroom: Toilet paper, bath towels, wash cloths, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner.
✔️ Outdoor: Pool towels, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and grilling utensils 
✔️ Miscellaneous: Hand sanitizer, iron, ironing board.  

🍽 For Meals: Paper plates, plastic utensils, plastic cups, 2 complimentary bottles of water per guest, ‼️HOME COOKED MEALS AVAILABLE UPON DEMAND: Property owner operates a catering business and guests can use the QR code in the bedroom to order delicious, home cooked meals. 🥘🍝🍳

GUEST ACCESS
- The property includes a private entrance to the guest space. Free street parking is available.
- Complete, private access to bedroom and bathroom. Twin-size floor bed is available upon request. 
- Pool and outdoor dining area, including BBQ and firepit, are shared with the property owner.
