"The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable with no cushioning at all. Staff did bring us a mattress pad, which we appreciated. The pool and hot tub also weren’t very clean or well maintained. The hot tub was filled with a layer of foam. The only pro was the beautiful ocean view!"
