I found the staff welcoming and attentive , the rooms and common areas beautifully appointed and comfortable and the meals varied and delicious from their breakfasts to lunch or dinner at the Ivy, their wonderful Michelin star restaurant . Delicious, extensive breakfast served in an elegant dining room. Very convenient to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and the National Park, but quiet and away from the bustle. It said 4 stars, but we think it deserves 5! "
