Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire single-family home, including the private lakefront backyard, private deck, patio, balcony, gas grill, and in-unit laundry room. On-site parking is provided for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that the large owners' closet on the main floor is locked and completely off-limits to guests. Please note the pier on the beach is not available to guests.

The neighborhood vibe in Carnelian Bay during the summer is vibrant, active, and deeply tied to the beautiful waters of Lake Tahoe. This prime location places you close to buzzing community events, lively farmers markets, and free outdoor concerts at nearby beaches. Enjoy sunny afternoons paddleboarding, boating, or hiking scenic trails like the Brockway Summit Trailhead, then unwind with lakeside dining at local favorites.



Getting Around:

Getting around during the summer months is highly walkable and bike-friendly, with easy access to regional transit routes right outside your front door. The free TART bus service connects you to neighboring hotspots like Kings Beach, Tahoe City Marina, and Olympic Valley without the hassle of traffic. While a car is helpful for exploring further state parks and golf courses, you can easily access the shoreline and lakeside paths on foot.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that there are approximately 30 stair steps from the parking area down to the lake
