Enjoy your next Lake Tahoe vacation in this brand new, beautiful, spacious home located in Tahoe Vista. This home has a large open living room and kitchen with commercial grade appliances.

This home has 2 levels, on the entry level you will find three of the four bedrooms including a king, queen, and bunk room. On the upper level will be the primary king ensuite and beautifully designed open concept kitchen, dining and living room. There are large windows throughout the upstairs bringing in all the natural light and allowing you to enjoy the forest vibes this house gives you. Step outside onto the deck and enjoy breathing in the lovely Tahoe air while sipping on your morning coffee or afternoon drink.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Tahoe Vista, you are located near many hiking/biking trails, cross-country skiing and just 10 minutes from Northstar ski resort.

Location:
A short drive to Kings Beach for nearby restaurants, public beaches, and family activities and only 6 miles (10 minutes) to Northstar, 20 miles to Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. One in the garage and three in the driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Stressful stay

It was nicely decorated, but the listing description and price were for an air conditioned house, and the air conditioning barely worked. In two hours, the AC brought the temp from 82 to 81. I called the host for assistance, and they were argumentative and confusing. Said that the AC was only designed to bring the house to 75, and that they were adding another AC unit to cool it better at some point in the future. Did not offer to send someone to check it out. Downstairs king bed was cheap and had no box spring, just two thin pieces of wood to support a king mattress. These broke the first night while my grown kids slept, scaring and waking them. To top off the weekend, the hosts claimed we left the house with significant damage, which was untrue. I’m left questioning Tahoe Rental Company's ethics. The ad was misleading, and for what we got, this place was overpriced. They were unhelpful to say the least. I’m truly shocked with the treatment we got at this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin is very new and beautifully furnished. The pictures don’t do it justice. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the floor plan. Lots of room to hang out and play board games. Adults on the top level and kids on the lower level. Property management team was great. Promptly responded to emails. Nicole was very nice, professional and efficient.The only thing I want to point out is that the neighborhood is very hilly and has some steep areas, so if there’s snow on the roads, you’d definitely need AWD/4WD. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was wonderful! So clean, had everything we needed for a group of 5 adults and 5 kids. The lot was bigger and room for the kids to play in the snow and explore a little. It was great to be able to use the garage as well, where most rentals don’t. The location was great, down the street from Northstar resort which we visited twice for ice skating and snowboarding. This was also very close to grocery stores and restaurants by the lake. There was also a beautiful walking trail at the end of the street with amazing scenic views. Communication with the rental company was great as well. We had an all around wonderful vacation at this rental, and would stay here again in the future!
