Some minor observations
It was great the only thing is some floor tiles are not stable which is annoying while walking around. There was leaks in the bathroom that kept the floor always wet. such things should not be there comparing to the price I paid for the room.

Very nice staff--not a lot of English, but enough. Very large room. The reality is not nearly as grand as the picture of the outside, and it is on the far side of the ring road, so it is not walkable to anywhere.

The location was near to Al Shafa and Al Redaf Park. I didn’t like the floor of the room there is sound when I walk on the floor look like it is broken

At the time of check-in the receptionist said that I have only one room booked and not two....I showed her the reservation confirmation from Hotels.com that it says 2 rooms....she ignored that and tried to convince me that its just one room, It took her 10min to confirm that I have two rooms.... The rooms were not cleaned properly...My wife spoke to them twice(second and third day) as there was dust in both room ... The quality of the breakfast was horrible... At the time of check-out I informed the receptionist about those issues and he said re- breakfast, its due to pandemic and Covid that's why they couldn't serve good breakfast!!! In summary, I will never visit this hotel at all when I come to Taif next time.

Overall the staff was nice and very helpful. The location was okay with a couple of coffee shops within walking distance and AlRudaff Park down the street. Room Service quality was disappointing. I found trash between a side table and my bed which made me question the quality of "daily housekeeping". The listing said there was a pool and gym facilities; however, I was not told hours at check-in and when asked was told there were no such facilities. It was unclear to me whether the facilities exist or if they were simply closed. Most likely, I will not revisit.

the reception is nice, the breakfast was not that great needs improvement for the price i paid. the rooms bathroom was ok not appropriate for a 4 stars hotel which should be more higher as quality. the car parking was good and the location of the hotel as well.

You have to turn on the water heater in toilet which is not the case in any hotel. Water heater should be turned on by default. WIFI connection sucks, i think you have a limit or maybe there was something wrong with it, I did not even ask the reception for any support since I was having my own cellular internet. Other than that, all is well. They have very nice vegetables chips in the mini bar 👌😊.

Weak internet and Noisy Gym
Internet keeps disconnecting every 5/10 min and you have to switch access points, Gym is outsourced and they play loud music mid day and finally, reception wanted to keep me waiting while checking out so they can double check the 20 riyal mini bar though I disclosed what I took from it. (process is more important than customer satisfaction). The place is not suitable for business travelers, it might be suitable if you are there for leisure and don't care about internet.

Bad experience with overcharging on my reservation
It was very good until it was check out because I was charged 500 SR extra for my hotels booking price because a reception mistake how put me in different type of room although he confirmed my booking price. Unfortunately the gentleman wasn't around so i had to deal with manager who was only option is to charge me 500 extra although I showed him my reservation with price but said maybe the reception made a mistake !!!! Since i have a flight to catch I paid him the 500 SR extra after 10 minutes of explaining with no understanding. All i know now is that Boudl hotels are out of my list

Not quilfy to be on a high standard website
It doesn't have the standards to be named as a hotel , first of all I surprised I had to pay 300 SR as a deposit , check in at 4 pm for first time of my life. Second, I made a reservation for two people and I find one towel in bathroom, I called the house keepers to bring another and they told me okay and didn't brought Then, I had to wait more than half an hour so they finish the check out procedure The worst hotel I've ever visit

Good choice in Taif
The hotel was surprisingly good. Very spacious and clean room with comfortable king bed. The hotel is very close to the zoo. We stayed one night and really enjoyed the stay.

Good location, good place, few issues!
The hotel location is good being close to the zoo and accessible through the ring road. Private and free parking was a plus. Breakfast was mediocre but cheap. Room was spacious and clean but bathroom finishing is bad. No fan, water on the floor becomes a big issue from the first shower. Price when booked directly is better as they have offers and special discounts to employees of specific sectors (which i missed by booking through hotels dot com).

لاانصح بالسكن
السجاد بالغرفة قديم والدش مع الحنفية في منتظم ويوجد بجدران الغرفه اثر التعديلات مما تزعج الساكن والثلاجة ليست باردة علما انه تم استبدالها ولكن لاتزال المشكلة
