Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. "I want to start this review off by saying, I WILL be back. My stay at this hotel was almost dreamlike. It's something that I don't want to forget. The room was prepared perfectly, and the service was a 10/10. The breakfasts dinners that were prepared were unique and delicious all around. The staff was kind. I think this hotel and the surrounding town were the perfect getaway from the fast city life. It really gave me time to relax"
