"とにかく古い。ロビーの改修はしているようだが部屋も風呂もトイレも大浴場も露天風呂も古くメンテナンスもしていないため酷い宿である。二度目の選択は絶対にありえない。"

"スタッフの対応はよく、夕食朝食バイキングも料理の種類も豊富でした。 ただ展望風呂は脱衣場が狭く、洗い場も3ヶ所しかない為、裸のまま順番を待つことになりとても残念。地下の大浴場は快適だった。"
