We loved the location of this property. Also the room was large and the bed comfortable. We loved all the extra lighting. The breakfast was well worth the price, with fruit and salad and eggs toast and meat. We loved our stay.

We loved the super comfy bed, lovely staff and peaceful atmosphere at The Chu's. The location is perfect, just tucked away off the main street and close to the gorgeous beach. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at The Chu’s, it is a beautiful boutique hotel close just off the main road in Khao Lak, walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and modern. Amazing value for money and we will definitely visit again when we come back to Thailand! Thank you :)

We have just returned to the UK after staying at the Chu's Boutique for 1 month .We stayed over Christmas & the new year & were really sad to leave. From when we first arrived (very late due to issues at Phuket airport) the manager who lives on site was amazing , waking her up to book us in (other hotels that I won't name in Khao Lao were no where as professional & members of our family had to find other hotels late at night as there was no response to ringing phone numbers or ringing door bells). The room was beautifully presented with a proper fridge, not a useless mini bar fridge, which is really helpful to keep so many drinks & fresh fruit. The bathrooms were right on point with great water pressure, immaculately clean, as were the rest of the room. Rooms were cleaned everyday if you requested it. Always fresh bottles of water & towels were delivered to the room everyday. Nothing was to small for the owner or her staff. For me the hotel & premises were perfect, great little pool to be able to get out of the heat. But by far for my wife & myself & what made our month living here was the staff, no matter how big or flashy your business is, without the right staff you will never succeed or get return customers, the girls who work here truly are this businesses biggest asset. We will be back to see everyone on our return later this year when we will be actually moving to live in Khao Lak. Thanks to everyone for making our Christmas & new year so great, Joe & Nikki

Es ist ein kleines, ganz süßes 2-Sterne Hotel in top Lage in Khao Lak. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber es ist sauber und ordentlich. Auch erwartet man bei zwei Sternen nicht unbedingt Pflegeprodukte, täglich Wasser, einen Kühlschrank usw. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es uns doch etwas zu klein. Aber im Großen und Ganzen absolut zu empfehlen, insbesondere wenn man wie wir hauptsächlich unterwegs ist. Personal ist ebenfalls sehr lieb und freundlich.

Modern und einfach gehalten, perfekt für ein paar Nächte während einer Durchreise. Das Personal war sehr sehr nett. Frühstück klein aber ausreichend. Nahe gelegen an der Hauptstraße aber nicht zu nah, sodass es ruhig ist. Strand zu Fuß erreichbar ca 15-20 min. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und wir empfehlen es daher gerne weiter.

Jeg havde et dejligt ophold på Chu's, vil klart anbefale. Rent, god stand, god morgenmad, god beliggenhed. Eneste minus var, at mit værelse lå på nederste etage med kig direkte fra poolområdet ind på min seng, så var nødsaget til at trække gardinerne for. En skam, når det var så godt vejr. Men ellers ingenting, vil klart anbefale, og komme igen.

Ein super schönes und modern eingerichtetes kleines Hotel, welches in einer Nebenstraße gelegen ist. Die Zimmer, das Hotel und der Pool sind sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich top! Absoluter Pluspunkt: Die Betten sind wirklich bequem! Und die Dusche hat einen vernünftigen Wasserdruck! Innerhalb von kaum 2 Minuten ist ein 7/11 fußläufig erreichbar, sowie die Hauptstraße mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie vielen Restaurants und Bars. Einen Roller kann man im Hotel selbst zwar nicht mieten, an der Hauptstraße sind hierfür diverse Möglichkeiten geboten. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall erneut buchen und ruhigen Gewissens anderen empfehlen.
