"Checkin was okay, this is a new hotel taking up two floors in a very old downtown building. Entrance terrible, lift hardly works, bed linen had top sheet missing and very high pillows. Service was shocking. Staff were rude and surly we were ignored much of the time. Felt we were interrupting them and there were a lot of staff! Breakfast acceptable - only just. We booked in for two nights and checked out early as we could not stay a second night. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Wait 6 months - they may learn how to show hospitality - or they will go broke!"

"My stay here was very good, these rooms and the hotel itself is fairly new. Everything is in good condition, it’s a bit noisy but I’m sure all hotels in Cairo face this with it being at 24 hour city, things open till late night. The bed sheet was a little dirty upon arrival, but it was an easy quick fix it happens. The best part of my stay was meeting Mostafa, he was the kindest gentleman I’ve met, I just wanted to take him home. So helpful and full of knowledge, he went above and beyond for me 10/10. Highly recommend going to him for any suggestions. Will stay here when I’m back in Egypt! "

"Our experience started even before our flight to Cairo—this was our very first trip to Egypt, and naturally, we had a lot of questions. We reached out to Holy Sheet Plus Hotel regarding airport pickup and drop-off, arranging a private guide with a car and driver for a full-day tour to the Saqqara Pyramids, the Pyramids of Giza, and Khan el-Khalili Market. We also needed guidance on travel options between Cairo and Luxor (bus, train, or flight), as well as a private guide and driver for a full-day tour in Luxor covering the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Luxor Temple, and Karnak Temple. Alex patiently answered every single question we had—no matter the time—both before and during our trip. His responsiveness and professionalism immediately put us at ease. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, making it very convenient to explore the city. We arrived at the hotel without very high expectations, but Alex and his team truly exceeded them in every way. The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms were newly renovated, modern, and spotless. The dining area was beautiful, especially the open balcony seating which added a special charm to our mornings and evenings. We had breakfast included—there were many options to choose from, everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. At the reception, Ahmed, Saeef, Francis and others were all courteous, friendly, and always ready to help."

"It was a good decision to stay in the Palace, a good addition to my first time experience in Cairo. Very safe area, some rooms have a view to the garden, I prefer city view and that’s what I get. Love the Nile river view. The staff amazing, very hospitable. "
