"We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures. There were no toiletries (soap/shampoo)...

"I would not stay here if I rebooked this vacation. Negative: The apartment was clean enough but didn’t feel professionally cleaned. The finishes in the unit were low quality. The bells from a nearby church were very loud in the main bedroom. My biggest negative was the security. Our door didn’t have a normal lock. "Although it was advertised as a second floor, we truly had to walk approximately four floors from the street up to our second floor. "Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you."
