Staying at our two-bedroom townhome, originally built in 1981, is an affordable and convenient experience for guests. The neighborhood may not be the most upscale, but it is a friendly and quiet community.

Overall, our townhome offers guests a comfortable and convenient stay, with all the necessary amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, our townhome is a great choice for small groups or a couple looking for a relaxing and convenient home base.

The Space:
Our townhome features two queen beds and desks in each room, providing guests with plenty of space to relax and work. The jack-and-jill bathroom provides easy access for both bedrooms, while the half bath offers additional convenience. The full kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware to prepare meals. The small living area is perfect for small groups to gather and relax, making our townhome an ideal choice for families, friends, or business travelers.

Guest Access:
At our 992 sqft townhome, guests will have access to all spaces, including the entry, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor areas.

Entry: The townhome has a private entrance, allowing guests to come and go as they please.

Living Room: The cozy living room is located on the first floor and provides a comfortable space for guests to relax, watch TV, or read a book.

Additionally, if you need to park your own car, there is a private 2 car driveway and street parking available in front of the home. Whoever took the photos for this listing deserves an award. I arrived at night with no numbers on the mailbox, no lights on inside our outside the home. The yard is over grown and the house is obscured by the vegetation. There was a trash barrel in the center of the yard. There was a man walking the street rifling through the trash and talking to himself. Upon entry to the home the musty smell is overwhelming. The furniture is dirty and broken and stained and smells of urine. Plaster is falling out of the ceiling. The walls in the bathroom are peeling. There are cigarette burns on the furniture. The carpet is filthy and ripped up in places. Inside the appliances are dirty. The place is basically falling apart. I told them at check in that I was not staying there because the place was awful and my messages went ignored completely. A request for a refund has gone completely ignored. Do not stay here.

Currently old infrastructure and spotty electrical connection (some flickering lights). Want to also note that property will go through renovation per comments but a little old for the time being.
