Brand New 3BR/2BA charming house that is just steps to downtown and a 5 minute drive to FSU and Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. There are two downstairs Bedrooms with queen beds and en-suite full bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom has one full bed, and two twin beds - please mind the low ceiling upstairs as anyone over 6'5" will need to watch their heads. Amenities include tankless hot water, super-fast internet/wifi, stainless appliances and HBO MAX. Carbon Monoxide and smoke detectors throughout.

We found this lovely home to be just as described, beautifully updated and charming. We had everything needed and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The living areas and bedrooms were very comfortable. This home definitely deserves top ratings.
