From guest registration (shout out to RJ from Melbourne) to the Hero Valets and every staff person I interacted with, this was an amazing experience. The room was beautiful and I can't imagine a more - dare I say it - a more magical experience. Will DEFINITELY be back.

Top notch customer service! We had a couple special request and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay! The manager gave us some great recommendations for local breakfast! The hotel was very clean, welcoming and smelled amazing!
