  • Lake Talquin lakefront home with large covered porch. You'll love the boathouse with 2 boat bays available, a sunroom room, sink and fish cleaning station. Open living area, kitchen with bar, dining room - great room, sun room, comfortable leather seating, and an amazing lakeview.This 3BR/2BA lake retreat is literally steps from the lake. Bring your boat , or fish directly from the dock. The perfect lake retreat. Public boat ramp less than a quarter of a mile down the road. Enjoy Wifi, Netflix, and Roku. 19 miles from FSU stadium. Please note: There is a 3rd larger boat slip occupied by a pontoon boat which cannot be moved. No air boats due to noise ordinance.
