• Bedroom #2 – queen-size memory foam bed with luxury bedding, 4 fluffy pillows, a 44” smart TV with Netflix, two luggage racks, a dresser and a closet with hangers
• Full bathroom – A deep laundry-style sink, and a tub/shower combo that’s actually big enough to take a bath!
• Living room area - 55” smart TV with Netflix, and comfy furnishings and pillows
• Kitchen - two-burner induction cooktop, full-size fridge and freezer, combination microwave/convection oven, crockpot, airfryer, toaster, Ninja blender, coffee maker, French Press, electric kettle, deep restaurant-style sink with drainboard, and stocked with cookware, bakeware, spices, cooking oil, coffee and an assortment of teas. Dining table with seating for four.
• Workspace – large desk with task lighting and a wireless, laser printer.
• Deck – gas grill and a café table with seating for two.

Guest access:
The entire second floor of the building is yours, including dedicated off-street parking and a private entrance from a stairway located in front of your parking space. The apartment has a smart lock with a personalized code, so you can let yourself in whenever you arrive.

Other things to note:
We ask that you be mindful of others in the downstairs portion of the house and keep excessive noise to a minimum. Quiet time is 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Thank you for understanding and being respectful of others.
Parking space for boats/trailers is also available on the property. Please inquire about this at the time of booking and parking instructions will be provided the day before arrival. Two very friendly cats live on the property.
