Nice stay

Enjoyed our stay while in Tallahassee for a fraternity reunion. We especially liked the large kitchen area, comfortable porch, and pleasant backyard. The hosts were great communicators and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Check in was smoothly, property outside was nice and clean inside was clean with the exception of the master bathroom tub area (grout) needs to be renewed. Kitchen well stocked and clean. I will stay again providing master bathroom is brought up to expectations.

The house was very clean and comfortable, up-to-date, and well supplied. The back yard was securely fenced for our dog. There was a very nice covered deck with a table and seating area. The location was very convenient.

Graduation visit

I enjoyed having plenty of space and the peace away from the craziness of campus during graduation weekend. I sun room was a really nice bonus space to relax and enjoy with family after the ceremony. The location was great, only a few minutes from campus and my son's apartment.

Comfortable home base

Thankful to find this property as advertised...clean, functional, easy check in/ check out, with Gregg very responsive and pleasant. Beds were comfortable and the indoor and outdoor spaces were great to play a few games, enjoy a meal, and watch the rest of the FSU game in cool comfort with our college boys.

This home was so comfortable, clean, and neat. Everything we needed was here. The beds were very comfortable, and it was a bonus to have a TV in each room. I would definitely recommend it, and the neighbor is very quiet, which I love.

Mini family reunion

Needed a home away from home like place to stay while visiting relatives in the local area. This home was definitely inviting, very well stocked with linen, the owners communicated proactively in a way that ensured a great arrival and that they were available if there were any issues that came up during our stay which there were not. The neighborhood was perfect quiet and we felt safe the entire time. Definitely a nice choice.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, close to our kids and grandkids. House was as promised, great backyard for our dog. There was nothing with this house. Will rent again when we go back. Great Host, Comfy House

We reached out to Gregg before Hurricane Idalia hit the coast of Florida and asked if we could evacuate there with our animals. He was very kind and opened up his home to us. Very easy check in. Great communication. Clean and comfy home. Great location. Highly recommend.

Lovely renovated home in quiet neighborhood

The house is lovely. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. We loved the Florida room and back deck. It was a little warm to use the fire pit, but it looked like it would be great in cooler weather. There is one large couch in the living room, which would benefit from a coffee table. My only significant complaint is that the listing promised a hot tub, but there wasn’t one.

We rented this house for FSU family weekend with another family. Our boys enjoyed home cooked meals. We will definitely stay here again. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to relax. So much better than a hotel.
