Room on ground floor alongside street and curtains not heavy enough to block out streetlight nor sunlight. No climate controls in room to adjust temperature and window barred to prevent any air so room stuffy. No iron for clothes.

For the price point, it is very livable for a few days. The room is nothing special, no mini fridge, there is a small kettle and cups, although no coffee or tea. The bathroom was spacious, however the shower would drain very slowly, and definitely wasn’t super well maintained. It is a very quick walk to Old Town, so if you are only in Tallinn for a few days and want to wander around (while saving some money for spending), this hotel is worth a stay. Probably wouldn’t stay again due to the lack of amenities and cleanliness.

Receptionist was very helpful and polite. Only slight con was I was rang at 4am mistakenly as they thought I had requested an early wake up call? Very strange but overall a nice hotel with great staff.

Spacious room with comfy beds. Shame there was no fridge but a kettle and coffee/tea provided. 5 minute walk to old town though note it's slightly uphill. Staff at affiliate Stackelberg Hotel were excellent

Very close, maybe only 2 minutes to walk to the Old City of Tallinn. The hotel seems to be the second or maybe original location of another hotel just next door. Because that's where you actually check in / out. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Good place if you stay overnight, if you need a nice bed and a shower. They main hotel offers restaurant you can sit inside/ or outside. Good place !!

Good stay!

Great stay for the price and great location Only major issues is nothing is listed that they do not do any form of house keeping at all I would expect aleast a towel change really 5 days and no clean towels Will be asking for some for of compensation for not even telling at check in Other wise room is clean and nice.

Room itself was clean , spacious , comfortable and had a tea /coffee making jug , the latter a welcome rarity in Europe. Hiwever still no fridge …. One of the few so called ‘garden view ‘ rooms which looks straight into the rear concrete car park- but this is far preferable to one of the ridiculousll noisy rooms in the front of building which are literally 2 metres away from roaring buses on a busy highway . No sleep for the wicked souls in those rooms . I booked and rebooked through Expedia , the reception staff were young , inexperienced and useless - kept giving me false information about availability so there was no point even talking to them

Das City ist quasi das Gästehaus des Von Stackelberg Hotell. Alle Angebote findet man im Haupthaus, das ca 20 M weiter steht. Man kommt toll in die City.

El hotel no cuenta con recepción propia y es compartida con otro hotel. No hay personal en el edificio que pueda apoyarte dorectamente. Aun asi , la habitación es comoda y limpia. Un poco estrecha para dos personas y sus maletas . En generao esta bien por su precio y comodidad al estar cerca del casco historico.
