Apartment on the ground floor (37 m2) with very functional facilities with south-facing terrace, located in a 90-hectare holiday village, at the foot of the Golf de Bourgenay (the accommodation is located between the driving range and n°3), 800 m from the port and 1.5 km from the Veillon beach. Everything is accessible on foot or by bike.
Apartment completely renovated (including thermal and sound insulation).
The village has shops where you will find everything you need, restaurants (shops and restaurants are open all year round). Free outdoor parking space.
On the port of Bourgenay: craft market every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. in July and August. Fête de la mer on August 15 all day.
Included, access to the village's aquatic complex, 3 min walk, (3 pools, 1 paddling pool and 3 slides - open from the last week of April to the 2nd week of September. July and August: all pools are open. Except July and August: the large pool and the paddling pool are open).
