We tried contacting reception on multiple occasions but were never able to get through, and the reception desk closes at 5pm, which further limited support when needed. "It was perfect for our stay. Firstly, it was only 5 minutes walk from Harlech Railway station, which was great as we came by train (the ride in along the coast is gorgeous by the way). It is also very convenient for the amazing beach, the wonderful castle & the bustling little town & shops. Our room was clean, quiet & a good size, with a lovely view of the castle. "Good hotel with free parking and free Wifi. Our room was spacious and clean with a good shower. It is in an excellent location with a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 2/3 minute walk to the shops. Breakfast is a help yourself apart from the toast which is bought out to your table, a friend of ours said enjoy the vegan breakfast but the Hotel has changed hands since they had been and it was'nt available apart from a vegan sausage. Also not much on the evening menu for a vegan either. But it has'nt stopped us from re booking as we can eat elsewhere."

"The room was lovely and spacious, the staff were amazing, the service in the dining room was excellent. Parking is limited but we were lucky all 3 days. Loved the hotel. The shower needs some edging to catch the water from spreading over the floor (drainage worked fine) We were at the hotel for 3 nights and loved every minute. Thank you"
