"We stayed in a Palm Villa and it was amazing. Loved everything about it, especially the breakfast delivered by boat. We spent a lot of time on our deck and in and out of the water. All staff were friendly and genuine. Food at all meals was great. Snorkeling around the property to look for giant clams was a highlight."

"I booked this hotel for my sister while she was visiting our mum at the hospital, which is just a 3-minute walk away. It’s also within easy walking distance to nearby cafés and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and neat. The only small issue was that there was no soap for the shower, but that was easily fixed. Overall, it’s a great place to stay."

"Le doy 3 estrellas porque la ubicación es muy buena y la ducha funcionaba y el baño estaba limpio. La habitación pudiera estar mucho mejor. Considero que con un poco de mantenimiento resolvería muchos de los problemas estéticos. Lamentablemente la cama no era muy cómoda y desafortunadamente algunos miembros del staff se comportaron de manera muy indiferente casi apática a excepción de las damas de recepción que lo hicieron bien.
